The new LG Prime (TM) - GoPhone - Prepaid - Silver phone is the newest and least expensive prepaid touchscreen handset available.

In addition to touch based qwerty keyboard, this bluetooth phone also gives you a 2 megapixel camera for taking pictures and video, a multi-format music player and FM and mobile web and email. Data is over the EDGE data network (apparently not 3g). It even has voice dialing and voice commands which is somewhat rare among gsm phones of the prepaid kind at least.

Additional features you can get include games, ringtones, music from AT&T music.

It's HAC rating is only T3/M3 rather than the higher one, which is, unfortunately, fairly typical amongst the full-featured phones.

Otherwise, it looks like a great phone, and, so far, it is getting much better reviews than the LG Neon which was AT&T's first touchscreen prepaid offering.

You can get the Prime directly from AT&T and get free shipping with online activation (also free).
